I believe in a bit of give and take with my customers.  I don’t mind losing time on a job by a client helping, a happier customer makes it worthwhile.
Also unlike most removalists Im not paranoid about customers helping to load or unload the truck.  Given I don’t offer insurance for packing and unpacking, but it can be purchased separately as discussed above, then it is entirely up to the client if they wish to help to save on the removal cost.  I will as an experienced removalist of 10 years standing though remain in control of the removal process.
